What is the FESPA Future Leaders Program?
The FESPA Future Leaders Program is a professional and personal development program that fosters confident, committed individuals who show leadership skills and who will be next in line to contribute to the future success of Australia’s speciality print community.
Presented by FESPA Australia, and supported by the Glen Crerar Scholarship fund, FESPA Future Leaders is an annual program offered to applicants with open, creative, inquisitive minds who are currently in their early to mid-career and already demonstrating leadership potential.

Who Is Eligible?
The FESPA Future Leaders Program is open to emerging leaders who are currently working in the speciality printing industry. Future leaders are those individuals who have the ability to make positive changes both personally and professionally.
Applicants are welcome from a wide range of businesses across our industry including printers, manufacturers and suppliers.
If you are a successful applicant and short listed for the program, you or your employer must be a current member or will be required to join FESPA Australia Association as a paid up member to participate.

What are the Costs?
There is no application fee for the Program. However, if you are short-listed to attend the two-day workshop, you will have to cover your flights and accommodation if travel is required.
What Is The Selection Process?
Applicants will be assessed against our selection criteria. Short-listed applicants will present to a panel interview of Association and industry representatives.
The Mentor Program
As a FESPA Future Leader – you will have access to the FESPA Mentor Program. FESPA mentors are internationally recognised in their respective fields. You will be teamed up with an industry leader who will encourage, guide and mentor you onto your future path.
